Our Cleaning Specialist’s take the following precautions & measures to fight against the spread of germs and viruses. Our Home Specialist’s are taking steps to do their part in keeping everyone healthy. This includes: - All staff vaccinated -Washing hands regularly -Disinfecting equipment between each job. -Staying home when they are not feeling well. -Wearing masks from start to finish. -Practice physical distancing in your home, as appropriate. -If you would like any additional measures taken contact us directly.

Yes. We operate 100% insured and bonded for the safety and peace of mind of our customers.

- We ask that if you are going to cancel that it is done 48 hours in advance. - If you cancel the same day there is a $35 dollar cancellation fee that will be applied to your next invoice. - Once job is completed no refund can be issued . But if you are not satisfied with the services provided, we do offer a 24 hour satisfaction guareenteed. We send our staff out to re-do the areas that need extra attention.

When booking a Move Out or Move In clean, you can expect an all inclusive service. This is our most detailed package and includes 4 of the 7 extra services we offer which you can add to any level of service. These extras include: Inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, and inside all windows. This clean is intended to turn the home someone once lived in, into its original state and ready for new homeowners.

A deep clean is recommended for all first time cleaning by Ultra Cleaning Services. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch regular cleaning services wether that is weekly, bi-weekly or once a month.

We provide commercial cleaning and janitorial services for a wide range of buildings, suites, and settings including offices, medical offices, retail spaces, data centers, banks and financial institutions, daycare and learning centers, fitness centers, and government buildings.

We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ for further information.

Absolutely. For commercial cleaning , we offer one-time cleaning services, 3 month contracts, 6 month contracts, month to month services, annual contracts or longer term commercial cleaning contracts. For house cleaning, we offer one time cleaning services, 6 month contract, annual contract or month to month. We work with our customers to customize cleaning plans that work for them.

Incident prevention is our primary focus.That is why we train our staff to adher to OSHA safety guidelines including bloodborne pathogen training. Our process-oriented methods and the continuous improvement of our staff through training and consistent inspection sets us apart.
